B & B Glass

B&B Glass did a great job installing our new shower door. The quality is excellent, the service was good, and the finished product is exactly what we requested. This is an old-school business in the best sense of the word. Established in 1978, they do business the way people used to, with honesty, craftsmanship, and a handshake that still means something. They are clearly passionate about quality and doing the job right. They are the kind of guys you feel comfortable welcoming into your home and trusting to do the job well. I’m very happy with the result and would absolutely recommend B&B Glass.

These guys are fast, affordable, and no nonsense. No upsell and always the right product. I’ve used them many times for numerous investment properties..

I have had a simple issue and have had to email and call over ten times to just get a replacement screen. Corrected with pathetic "screen knowledge" now I have a guy calling just to hang up. Childish. Grow up! Customer service please!.

They were quick to respond when I emailed about a broken glass pane in our window. They had us bring it in, measured, and ordered the glass the same day, so it was repaired by the end of the week. Excellent customer service, quick, and affordable.

In fact, nothing was communicated whatsoever between 11/24 and 12/5 when I called back at 10:15 a.m. to figure out what was going on. I was told that no ticket had ever been made for me. The gentleman told me that he would look into it and give me a call back. Nobody ever called me back. At this point I am a little frustrated. I call back today, Monday 12/8 and I am told that I am on the list and I should hear from someone any day. All I said was that I was frustrated that communication had not been better, because the ball had already been dropped once and I was left in the dark all weekend about what my status was or if I even had a ticket now. The man said, "Okay. Well thanks for calling" and hung up on me. I called back and the phone went to voicemail twice. They did call me back. I said, I would like to cancel my service and without even asking my name, they said okay and hung up on me again. I'm pregnant and trying to move across stat
